Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to medical centers or gated residential areas in Nokomis?

Accepted Answer

Provide the gate code or the recipient’s mobile number for gated communities to ensure the driver can pass through security points. For medical offices and professional suites, include the specific suite number and building name at checkout. These details allow the driver to navigate private drives and deliver directly to the correct desk or lobby.

Question 2

Are flowers shipped in a box or delivered by hand across the Nokomis area?

Accepted Answer

Every order is hand-delivered to accommodate the specific layout of residential streets and coastal properties. Provide instructions if the property has a long private driveway or a restricted-access entry gate. Hand delivery ensures the arrangement is placed at the front door or with a community concierge as required.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is at a secured property and cannot be reached?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is unavailable and the property is a gated community or secured building, the driver leaves the order with a gate guard or neighbor. When specific flowers are out of stock, the florist uses a substitute that matches the original value and style. Including a gate access code and the recipient’s phone number prevents failed attempts at restricted-access residences.
