Question 1

How does delivery work for hospitals, offices, and secured buildings in Nichols?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to village residences and the main offices of the commercial centers located near the highway. For multi-tenant buildings or shared office spaces, enter the specific suite or department name at checkout. These details are necessary to navigate secured entrances and large professional layouts.

Question 2

How does the layout of Nichols affect the way flowers are delivered?

Accepted Answer

All flowers are hand-delivered to the door to handle the transition from paved village streets to unpaved rural roads. Include instructions if the house is not visible from the main road or uses a long private drive. This ensures the delivery reaches the correct porch on properties where mailboxes are often clustered at the road.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If no one is home, we leave the order in a protected spot on the porch or with a nearby neighbor. When a specific flower is unavailable, we use a substitute of equal value that preserves the original design style. Providing a direct phone number for the recipient helps avoid failed deliveries to remote properties or gated rural estates.
