Question 1

How does delivery work for hospitals, funeral homes, offices, or secured buildings in Niantic?

Accepted Answer

Delivery includes access to both the high-density storefronts on the main thoroughfare and the private beach association roads. Provide the suite number for commercial buildings and the gate access code for private coastal lanes at checkout. These details allow the driver to navigate restricted parking and secured entrances without delay.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered in this city and how does the layout affect drop-offs?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered to the door because many local cottages have small, street-facing porches. The layout of narrow coastal lanes requires the driver to know if there is a specific side entrance or a shared driveway. These details prevent the delivery from being left on public walkways where pedestrian traffic is high.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is unavailable or a specific flower is unavailable?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not home, the driver leaves the flowers in a secure spot away from the sidewalk. If a specific bloom is unavailable, a substitute of equal value is used to maintain the arrangement size. Including the recipient’s phone number helps the driver reach them if a property is seasonal or located behind a security gate.
