Question 1

How do you handle delivery to Nashville's medical campuses and downtown office towers?

Accepted Answer

These large complexes require specific building names, wings, and suite numbers to pass through security checkpoints. Enter the floor number and department at checkout to ensure the courier reaches the correct desk. This information is required to navigate the restricted access common in these high-density professional environments.

Question 2

Will my flowers be hand-delivered to homes or secured apartment buildings?

Accepted Answer

We use hand delivery to accommodate the city's mix of open street-access homes and new high-density apartment blocks. Provide a gate code or concierge instructions for any secured residential buildings to avoid delivery delays. This helps the courier find a safe drop-off point when street parking is limited or building access is restricted.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not available or a specific flower is missing?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not home, we leave the flowers with a concierge or at a secure entry point in gated communities. If a specific flower is unavailable, we replace it with a similar variety of equal value. Providing the recipient's phone number helps our drivers resolve access issues at locked gates or office reception desks.
