Question 1

How does delivery work for hospitals, offices, and secured buildings in Murfreesboro?

Accepted Answer

Murfreesboro has sprawling medical campuses and restricted-access housing that require specific arrival details. For medical deliveries, provide the wing name and room number to ensure the courier finds the correct entrance. For student housing or gated complexes, include the recipient’s mobile phone number so the driver can coordinate access at the security gate.

Question 2

Will my flowers be delivered in a box or by a person?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered by local couriers to accommodate the mix of dense office blocks and suburban residential streets. This method allows the driver to navigate the long driveways and multi-building layouts common in this area. Providing a gate code or specific building letter ensures the courier reaches the front door rather than leaving the item at a perimeter entrance.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not there or a flower is unavailable?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not home, the driver finds a delivery spot hidden from street view at the residence. If a specific flower is out of stock, we substitute it with a variety of equal value and color. Including a secondary phone number for the recipient helps the courier resolve access issues at multi-story office buildings or apartment complexes.
