Question 1

How do you handle flower deliveries to the local medical campuses and residential areas?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to medical professional buildings require a specific suite number and floor to pass through central reception areas. For private residences with long driveways or significant setbacks from the road, enter any gate codes at checkout. This information allows the driver to reach the actual doorstep rather than leaving the order at a property entrance.

Question 2

Will my flowers be delivered in a box or by hand?

Accepted Answer

All flowers are hand-delivered as finished arrangements and are never shipped in cardboard boxes. Our drivers navigate the suburban residential streets and cul-de-sacs to place orders at the primary entrance of the home. Providing instructions for properties with multiple entry points or side-door preferences helps ensure the arrangement is placed correctly.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a specific flower is unavailable?

Accepted Answer

If no one is available, the driver will look for a sheltered area out of view from the street or contact a neighbor in the case of shared driveways. If a specific bloom is out of stock, we substitute it with a variety that matches the original color and value. Entering the recipient’s phone number helps the driver manage access to the local gated communities and private lanes.
