Question 1

How does delivery work for hospitals, offices, or secured buildings in Morrow?

Accepted Answer

This area is composed of rural residential farmsteads and small community buildings rather than large medical campuses or office towers. Provide the specific gate code or instructions for long private drives at checkout to ensure the driver can reach the main entrance. These details are necessary because many properties sit far back from the primary rural roads and are not visible from the street.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered in this city?

Accepted Answer

Every arrangement is hand-delivered to accommodate the unpaved roads and long gravel driveways found throughout this rural landscape. Drivers navigate these spread-out property layouts to bring the flowers directly to the front door of the residence. Mentioning the presence of cattle guards or gated entrances helps prevent delays in reaching the recipient.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is unavailable or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not home, the driver will leave the arrangement in a sheltered spot on the porch of the farmhouse or rural residence. When a specific flower is unavailable, we use a replacement that matches the original color and size. Including a recipient phone number is vital for these isolated properties where neighbors are located significant distances away and cannot assist with a delivery.
