Question 1

How do deliveries work for the local college campus and surrounding rural homes?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to the academic campus require a specific building name and office or room number to navigate the various residential and administrative halls. For homes on the outskirts of the village, include descriptions of the driveway or house color to assist drivers on long rural roads. These details ensure the driver can find the specific entry point among widely spaced properties.

Question 2

Are the flowers delivered in a box or by hand?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered to accommodate the mix of steep village side streets and unpaved rural driveways. This method ensures the flowers are placed directly at the door rather than left at the end of a long property entrance. Providing a gate code or specific porch location helps avoid delays when accessing set-back residential properties.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If no one is home, the driver will look for a sheltered area away from the wind and visible traffic on the main transit corridor. If a specific flower is unavailable, a substitution of equal value is made to maintain the arrangement’s look. A recipient phone number is required to resolve access issues for secured student housing or properties with restricted road access.
