Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to local medical clinics, funeral homes, and offices?

Accepted Answer

Delivery to the local mortuary or medical clinic requires a specific room or wing name at checkout. Many properties in the valley are set back from the road, so provide the building name alongside the street address. This helps the driver identify the correct entrance among residential-style commercial structures.

Question 2

Will my flowers be hand-delivered or shipped in a box?

Accepted Answer

Every arrangement is hand-delivered directly to the recipient's door. The city’s low-density layout means many homes have long driveways or are located on rural roads. Providing a gate code or notes about driveway access helps the driver reach the house without delay.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a specific flower is unavailable?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is out, the driver leaves the flowers at a side door or porch that is shielded from the main road. When a specific bloom is out of stock, the designer uses a flower of equal value that matches the original shape. A recipient phone number helps the driver confirm the location for properties that lack clearly marked house numbers.
