Question 1

How do deliveries work for offices and administrative buildings in Montesano?

Accepted Answer

For deliveries to the county government buildings and historic administrative offices, you must provide the specific department name and room number at checkout. These details allow the driver to navigate the internal reception desks or mailroom protocols common in these central business locations. This ensures your gift reaches the correct desk rather than staying at a general security checkpoint.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to homes with different layouts in this city?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered to accommodate the mix of street-level residential entries and properties with longer, private driveways on the town outskirts. Please provide a gate code or instructions for side-door access if the main entrance is not directly accessible from the road. This helps the driver place the flowers safely without delay when parking is limited or the home is set back from the street.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is unavailable or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not home, the driver will look for a sheltered area like a covered porch or a side entry typical of local residences. If a specific flower is unavailable, we use a substitute of equal value that matches the shape and color of the original design. Including the recipient’s phone number and any specific property access details helps prevent failed delivery attempts at secured office buildings or gated homes.
