Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to different building types in Model City?

Accepted Answer

For office clusters or small industrial sites, provide the building letter and the name of the desk attendant. Residential orders require the house number and any specific instructions for homes set back from the main road. These details ensure the driver locates the correct entrance in this spread-out environment.

Question 2

What is your delivery method for this specific city layout?

Accepted Answer

Every order is hand-delivered to accommodate the spread-out residential layout and lack of communal package areas. Because many homes are set back from the road on deep lots, drivers navigate the driveway to reach the primary entrance. Please specify if the delivery should be left at a side door or a specific porch to avoid confusion.

Question 3

What occurs if there are issues with the recipient or the flower stock?

Accepted Answer

If the person is not home, the driver looks for a protected area on the property or checks with a neighbor. When a specific flower is unavailable, we replace it with a similar variety that matches the original color and scale. A valid phone number for the recipient helps the driver resolve location challenges at gated or rural properties.
