Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to medical facilities and workplaces in Moberly?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to the main reception or designated intake desks of the city’s spread-out medical campuses and large industrial sites. You must provide the specific building name or department and a direct phone number for the recipient. This helps our drivers navigate the large, single-story layouts and secured entry points common in these facilities.

Question 2

How will my flowers be delivered and what if the property is difficult to access?

Accepted Answer

Flowers are hand-delivered to ensure they arrive intact at both compact downtown residences and homes with deep setbacks on the edge of town. For properties with long driveways or gated entries, please include the gate code or specific instructions for where to leave the arrangement. This prevents delays caused by the distance between the road and the front door.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If no one is available, we look for a protected spot like a screened-in porch or mudroom common in local residential architecture. If a specific flower is unavailable in our local inventory, we substitute it with a similar bloom that maintains the arrangement's height and color palette. Including a recipient's cell phone number helps us coordinate a safe drop-off at houses with detached garages or shared entryways.
