Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to the large campuses and medical centers in this city?

Accepted Answer

Addresses in this city include sprawling corporate campuses and medical complexes with multiple separate entrances. You must provide the specific building letter, floor, and department name at checkout. These details allow the driver to reach the correct reception desk instead of being stopped at a general security perimeter.

Question 2

Will my flowers be delivered by a driver or shipped in a box?

Accepted Answer

All flowers are hand-delivered to accommodate the city’s mix of gated residential streets and secured office complexes. Hand delivery allows the driver to navigate specific building layouts and manage security checkpoints directly. Provide any necessary gate codes or lobby instructions at checkout to ensure the driver can access the property.

Question 3

What happens if the driver cannot access the building or the flowers are unavailable?

Accepted Answer

If a recipient is not available at a secured office or gated home, the driver uses the phone number provided to arrange a safe drop-off location. If a specific flower is unavailable, we substitute it with a similar variety of equal value to maintain the arrangement's style. Including the recipient’s direct mobile number prevents the delivery from being turned away at a locked gate or reception desk.
