Question 1

How do you handle flower deliveries to the various professional buildings and medical complexes in Melville?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to the multi-story office towers and corporate campuses along the main business corridor require a specific suite number and company name at checkout. For medical office parks, you must provide the department name or building letter to ensure the courier reaches the correct reception desk. These details are necessary because many professional buildings have restricted elevator access or centralized security desks.

Question 2

Are the flowers delivered by hand, and how does the city's suburban and corporate layout affect the drop-off?

Accepted Answer

All flowers are hand-delivered to maintain the arrangement’s form while navigating the sprawling parking lots and large corporate properties in the area. Providing a specific entrance name or gate code for residential complexes helps avoid delays at the perimeter of the property. Clear access instructions allow the courier to move quickly between the high-traffic commercial zones and the residential side streets.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not there or if a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If an office recipient is unavailable, the courier leaves the arrangement with the building’s security desk or the floor receptionist. If a specific flower is unavailable, we use a different variety of the same color and shape to keep the arrangement’s look. Including a direct desk extension or a mobile phone number for the recipient reduces the chance of a failed delivery at a secured corporate site.
