Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to different types of buildings in Mechanicsville?

Accepted Answer

Most deliveries occur at single-family homes and small businesses with direct street-level access. For the senior care facility or offices along the main highway, include the specific room or suite number at checkout. These details ensure the driver uses the correct entrance instead of a general service door.

Question 2

What is the delivery process for this area's layout?

Accepted Answer

Arrangements are hand-delivered to residential porches and storefronts throughout the town's grid of streets. Since most properties here do not have secured lobbies or buzzers, the driver brings the flowers directly to the front door. Mentioning if there is a side-door preference helps the driver navigate homes with large yards or detached garages.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is away or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If no one is home, the driver will leave the arrangement in a sheltered spot on the porch since these properties are open-access. If a specific flower is unavailable, it is replaced with a similar stem that matches the original size and color. Providing a recipient phone number is helpful for identifying specific houses that sit far back from the residential roads.
