Question 1

How do you handle flower deliveries to different types of buildings in McClelland?

Accepted Answer

Because this town consists mainly of detached homes and small public buildings rather than high-rises, we deliver directly to the primary entrance or front porch. At checkout, provide the house number and the specific street name to ensure the driver identifies the correct residential lot. For the few shared office spaces or community buildings, include the specific room or desk location to ensure the flowers reach the recipient.

Question 2

Will my flowers be delivered in a box or by hand?

Accepted Answer

Every arrangement is hand-delivered to navigate the town’s residential layout and properties with long driveways or gravel access. Drivers use direct street-to-door access to place flowers safely on porches or at side entries when a recipient is not immediately available. Mentioning if your property has a specific gate or a preferred delivery door helps avoid any delays at the point of arrival.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is unavailable, the driver will leave the flowers in a protected area on the porch or with a neighbor on the same residential street. If a specific bloom is unavailable, we substitute it with a similar flower of equal value to maintain the style of the arrangement. Providing the recipient’s phone number is the most effective way to prevent failed deliveries to the spread-out lots in this area.
