Flower Delivery in Markleeville, CA

Alpine County keeps its courthouse in Markleeville, a valley town of a couple of hundred people where Highway 89 meets Highway 4 and the paperwork for California's least populated county gets done. The East Fork of the Carson River runs past the edge of town, Grover Hot Springs State Park lies a few minutes west, and the roads over Ebbetts and Monitor passes open only in summer. Woodfords sits north toward the Carson Valley, and South Lake Tahoe is the nearest full-service town. Snow closes roads here for months, so an order confirmed before 2:00 PM is arranged the same morning and routed in through the Carson Valley, with same-day flower delivery available whenever Highway 88 and the Woodfords grade are clear. Delivery routes cover Barton Memorial Hospital in South Lake Tahoe, the medical center down in the Carson Valley, and the small cemeteries around Markleeville and Woodfords. Winter addresses are confirmed by phone before anything is loaded. Most orders come from relatives in Sacramento, Reno or the Bay Area who know how far out this valley sits. The Hugs and Kisses Bouquet with Red Roses at $64.99 is a simple anniversary or Valentine gift that fits a small cabin table. Teleflora's Tulip Treasure at $89.99 brings spring color into a season that runs late up here. Teleflora's Desert Sunrise Bouquet at $79.99 is a warm, sturdy choice for a birthday or a thank-you to the neighbor who plowed your road. The freshness guarantee on a Markleeville florist order runs a full seven days, a fair test for flowers that travel this far. Alpine County has few street numbers, so read the verified destinations directory below first: it lists the hospitals, chapels and cemeteries reached on these routes and the ZIP codes serving the valley, which prevents a delay when funeral flowers have to arrive on a set morning.
