Question 1

How does delivery work for local facilities like the nursing home or funeral chapel?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to these locations by checking in at the front reception or main office. Provide the recipient’s room number or the name of the deceased at checkout so the staff can direct the flowers to the correct wing. These details are necessary because these buildings serve as the primary community hubs and have multiple common areas.

Question 2

Are the flowers delivered in a box or by hand?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered to accommodate the detached houses and open porches found throughout the city's residential grid. Specify if there is a preferred side door or a porch location shielded from the wind. This information helps us place the flowers securely on properties with large setbacks from the street.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If no one is available, we leave the flowers with a nearby neighbor or in a protected area on the porch. If a specific flower is unavailable, we use a substitute of equal value that maintains the original color and style. Providing the recipient’s phone number helps us confirm the location for homes on the outskirts of town where driveways are longer.
