Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to the various types of properties in Maltby?

Accepted Answer

This area consists of a mix of large industrial business parks and residential properties with long, private driveways. At checkout, you must provide the suite number for commercial offices and any gate codes for gated residential entries. These details are necessary to ensure the driver can reach the actual front door rather than leaving the order at a perimeter gate or a general complex entrance.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered across this specific layout?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered by local drivers who are familiar with the spread-out nature of the local business complexes and rural roads. Because many homes are set back significantly from the main street, drivers require a recipient phone number to verify access if a property is fenced. Hand delivery ensures the arrangement is placed directly at the office desk or residential porch rather than being shipped in a box.

Question 3

What happens if there is an issue with the recipient or the specific flowers?

Accepted Answer

If a recipient is unavailable at a business park, the driver will leave the arrangement with the front desk or reception area. For residential addresses where no one is home, we look for a secure location out of view from the road and call the recipient to notify them. If a specific flower is out of stock, a designer will use a similar bloom of equal value so the delivery is not delayed.
