Question 1

How are deliveries coordinated for residential homes and care centers in Madrid?

Accepted Answer

For deliveries to the town's senior care facility, you must include the specific wing or room number so the front desk can grant access. For residential houses, note if the property has a screened porch or a specific side door for drop-offs. These details help the driver find the correct entrance on streets where homes are set back from the road.

Question 2

What is the delivery process for addresses within the city?

Accepted Answer

All flowers are hand-delivered to the door rather than being sent in a shipping box. The open residential layout and available street parking allow the driver to walk the arrangement directly to the porch or entryway. Providing instructions for fenced yards or pets ensures the driver can safely access the front door.

Question 3

What occurs if the recipient is away or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not home, the driver will look for a sheltered porch area or contact a neighbor to hold the delivery. Including a local phone number for the recipient allows the driver to verify they are home before the attempt. If a particular bloom is unavailable, a substitute of the same value is used to maintain the arrangement's size and color.
