Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to the various types of buildings in Lyons?

Accepted Answer

For deliveries to the county government offices and municipal buildings, you must provide a specific department name or suite number to ensure the order passes through security checkpoints. At the local funeral homes located in residential-style properties, we require the name of the service or viewing room for correct placement. Providing these details ensures the flowers are accepted by the authorized staff in these administrative and service environments.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to residential properties in this area?

Accepted Answer

Every order is hand-delivered to the door to accommodate the large lots and deep setbacks common in this city’s residential layout. This method ensures the arrangement is placed directly at the house rather than at the end of a long driveway or near the road. Please include any gate codes or instructions for houses that are not clearly visible from the main street.

Question 3

What happens if there is a problem with the recipient or the flower selection?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not home, the driver will leave the flowers in a protected area like a carport or a deep porch to keep them out of public view. If a specific bloom is unavailable, we substitute it with a flower of equal value that matches the original color and shape. Including a recipient phone number is the best way to avoid delays at properties with perimeter fencing or gated entrances.
