Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to professional offices and residential properties in Louisa?

Accepted Answer

We deliver directly to the small professional offices in the town center and residential properties along the rural routes. For office deliveries, please include the specific suite or department name as many buildings have shared entrances. For homes on rural roads, provide a clear description of the house number placement or driveway entrance to ensure our team locates the correct property.

Question 2

What delivery method is used for homes with long driveways or gated entrances?

Accepted Answer

Every order is hand-delivered to accommodate the long gravel driveways and private entrances common across this area. We do not use shipping boxes because arrangements are placed personally on front porches or handed to recipients. If your property is gated, please provide the access code at checkout so we can reach the main residence.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

When a recipient is unavailable, we place the flowers in a sheltered spot on the porch or at a side door to keep them out of sight from the main road. If a specific flower is unavailable, we use a similar bloom that maintains the same size and shape as the original design. Including the recipient's phone number is necessary to coordinate access for properties that are set far back from the public street.
