Question 1

How do you ensure delivery reaches the correct location in Louann?

Accepted Answer

Because many properties in this area are situated on large rural acreages or long private drives, we require specific house descriptions at checkout. Please indicate if the home is set back from the main road or if the mailbox is positioned away from the primary entrance. These details allow the driver to identify the correct residence in areas where street numbers are not clearly visible.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to homes and small offices in this layout?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered to accommodate the spread-out residential layout and lack of secured lobby areas. If the destination is a small office or a residence with a gravel turnaround, provide instructions on which door is best for access. This ensures the driver can navigate the property and hand the flowers directly to the recipient without delay.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not available at the time of delivery?

Accepted Answer

If no one is home, the driver will look for a shaded porch area since houses here are often spaced too far apart to leave the order with a neighbor. We will substitute flowers with a similar color and value if a specific stem is unavailable to maintain the arrangement's look. Providing a secondary contact number is helpful for properties with gated cattle guards or restricted roadside access.
