Question 1

This town consists mostly of single-family homes and a central long-term care facility. For deliveries to the care facility, you must provide the room number so the front desk can accept the flowers for the resident. For businesses on the main street grid, specify if the driver should use the front entrance or a side door.

Accepted Answer

We deliver to all residential addresses and the town's care facility. You must provide a specific room or suite number for any delivery going to the long-term care building. For businesses on the main street, include instructions if the driver needs to use a side entrance or a specific delivery door.

Question 2

All arrangements are hand-delivered to the door rather than shipped in a cardboard box. Since the residential layout features open porches and lacks gated complexes or parking garages, we have direct access to most entries. Note if the home has a specific side-door or porch location to help the driver place the flowers correctly.

Accepted Answer

We hand-deliver every arrangement directly to the recipient’s door. Because this city is a residential grid with open porches and no secured apartment complexes, we can usually reach the front door without gate codes. Providing a specific door or porch preference ensures the arrangement is left exactly where you want it.

Question 3

If the recipient is away, we leave the flowers on the porch or with a next-door neighbor. If a specific flower is not in stock, we use a replacement that matches the original color and size. Including the recipient's phone number allows us to confirm they are home before we arrive at the property.

Accepted Answer

When a recipient is not home, we leave the flowers in a safe spot on the porch or with a neighbor. If a particular bloom is unavailable, we substitute it with a flower of equal value that maintains the same look. Providing a phone number for the recipient helps us avoid failed delivery attempts at residential houses.
