Question 1

How do you ensure delivery reaches the correct location in Livingston?

Accepted Answer

For deliveries to funeral homes or professional offices, provide the specific department name or room number. In this rural layout, many buildings have multiple entrances, so specifying the main reception desk prevents the driver from searching the property. Including a description of the driveway entrance helps when street numbers are not visible from the road.

Question 2

How are flowers physically delivered across the city's layout?

Accepted Answer

We perform hand deliveries only to ensure arrangements stay upright on the town's winding and sometimes unpaved roads. Because residential properties sit far back from the street, please indicate if there is a specific gate or porch where items should be placed. Clear instructions are necessary because GPS identifies the road location rather than the physical front door.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is out, we place the flowers in a shaded area near the primary entrance of the residence. When a specific flower is unavailable, we use a similar variety that matches the original size and shape. Including the recipient’s phone number helps us verify the property entrance is accessible before the driver enters long private driveways.
