Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to major facilities and apartment buildings in Little Falls?

Accepted Answer

For the medical center located on the hillside, you must provide the specific wing and room number to ensure the driver finds the correct patient floor. Funeral homes here are often located in converted residential properties, so including the name of the deceased helps us place flowers in the right viewing room. For downtown apartments situated above retail shops, include the unit number and any street-level entry codes at checkout.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered across the city’s unique terrain?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered because the steep grades and narrow side streets make boxed shipping unreliable. Drivers navigate the elevation changes and limited street parking to bring flowers directly to the entrance of hillside homes and multi-story walk-ups. Including notes about side-door access or specific porch locations helps the driver complete the delivery without delay.

Question 3

What happens if there is an issue with the recipient or the flower selection?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is unavailable, we look for a sheltered porch or a neighbor who can accept the delivery, as many local houses have shared entryways. If a specific flower is out of stock, we use a similar bloom that maintains the color and scale of the arrangement. Providing a working phone number for the recipient is the best way to prevent a failed delivery to the city’s renovated mill lofts or secured buildings.
