Question 1

How do you deliver to the medical campuses and gated residential communities throughout Lithonia?

Accepted Answer

At checkout, you must provide the specific building number, suite, or gate access code for these secured locations. Our drivers navigate the security kiosks and front-desk protocols required for entry into these restricted facilities. Detailed room or floor numbers are necessary to ensure the arrangement reaches the correct person within these large, multi-building complexes.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered across the different residential and commercial layouts in this city?

Accepted Answer

Every order is hand-delivered to handle the specific parking and access requirements of both detached suburban homes and secured office clusters. Drivers use designated visitor parking or loading zones to bring the flowers directly to the front door or reception area. Providing instructions for side-door entry or concierge desks helps avoid delays in buildings where elevator access is restricted.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is unavailable or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If a gated entry or locked building prevents a drop-off, the driver will use the recipient's phone number to coordinate a safe hand-off or find an authorized neighbor. When a specific flower is unavailable, we substitute it with a stem of equal value that matches the arrangement's style and structure. Including a secondary phone number is the best way to prevent a failed delivery at locations with front-desk security or restricted lobby access.
