Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to hospitals, offices, or funeral homes in this area?

Accepted Answer

Routes move from a flat commercial corridor into steep, wooded residential hills with varied property layouts. For medical clinics or funeral homes along the main roads, you must provide the specific building wing or room number. This information ensures the driver finds the correct entrance among the dense roadside trees and bushes.

Question 2

Will my flowers be delivered in a box or by hand?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered to navigate the mix of historic downtown storefronts and spread-out residential outskirts. Drivers manage long, gravel driveways and residential properties where the house is not visible from the road. Including gate codes for newer developments or specific instructions for properties with multiple entry points prevents delays.

Question 3

What happens if the delivery cannot be completed as planned?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is unavailable, the driver identifies a secure spot on the porch shielded from street view. When a specific flower is out of stock, a similar type is used to maintain the arrangement’s style without delaying the delivery. A recipient phone number helps drivers navigate areas where GPS signals drop due to the surrounding hills and heavy tree canopy.
