Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to local offices and medical centers in Lebanon?

Accepted Answer

For the regional medical campus and downtown administrative offices, you must provide the specific department name or room number. Many government buildings share single street addresses, so these details ensure the driver reaches the correct desk or nurse's station. Accurate floor information prevents delays in these multi-department facilities.

Question 2

How will my flowers be delivered given the town's layout?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered because the town’s steep, winding roads and long gravel driveways make boxed shipping impractical. Drivers navigate these inclines to place flowers directly at the door rather than leaving them at the roadside. Providing specific gate codes for properties set back from the main road ensures the driver can access the porch.

Question 3

What happens if the driver cannot reach the recipient at their home?

Accepted Answer

If a recipient is unavailable, we look for a protected porch area or contact a neighbor to take the delivery. For properties with loose livestock or gated long-range driveways, a recipient phone number is required to coordinate a safe hand-off. If a specific flower is unavailable, we substitute it with a similar variety that maintains the same size and shape.
