Question 1

How do you manage deliveries to the various medical campuses and gated communities in Leander?

Accepted Answer

For deliveries to low-rise medical campuses or professional suites, you must provide the specific building letter and suite number at checkout. For residential deliveries, enter the gate code or security call-box instructions required to enter the subdivision. These details allow the driver to reach the correct reception desk or front door without delay.

Question 2

Are flowers delivered in a box or by hand given the city's suburban layout?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered to accommodate a suburban layout where many homes are set back from the street on long driveways. Drivers navigate these private entries to place the arrangement directly at the front door or a specified side entrance. Providing a description of the house or a specific porch location helps the driver identify the correct property in areas with large lots.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or if a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is away, the driver leaves the arrangement in a secure spot on the porch or with a neighbor in the residential block. If a specific flower is unavailable, it is replaced with a variety of equal value that maintains the original color palette and size. Providing a recipient phone number at checkout helps the driver resolve access issues at gated property entrances or long private drives.
