Flower Delivery in Leadville, CO

At 10,152 feet, Leadville is the highest incorporated city in the country and the Lake County seat, a silver boomtown whose Harrison Avenue still carries block after block of Victorian storefronts. The restored Tabor Opera House anchors the historic district, the National Mining Hall of Fame and Museum tells the story that built the place, and Mount Elbert and Mount Massive, Colorado's two highest peaks, rise west above Turquoise Lake. Routes run south on U.S. 24 toward Twin Lakes and Buena Vista and north toward Minturn and the Interstate 70 towns. The 2:00 PM cutoff holds for same-day flower delivery, with mountain weather occasionally pushing a pass route to the next morning. Deliveries reach St. Vincent Health in Leadville, the senior living residence tied to it, and homes on the numbered streets east of Harrison. Evergreen Cemetery and St. Joseph Cemetery sit on the hill north of the historic district, and the local chapels receive funeral flowers ahead of the service hour. Between residents and the runners and cyclists who come up for the summer races, the sending here is a genuine mix. Teleflora's Prettiest Purple Bouquet at $69.99 makes a good congratulations gift waiting at a Harrison Avenue hotel. Lavish Love Bouquet with Long Stemmed Red Roses at $99.99 brings long-stemmed red roses to an anniversary dinner in the historic district. Spring Waltz at $104.99 gives a Leadville florist a generous, garden-style arrangement for a wedding at one of the mountain venues above town. A seven-day freshness guarantee travels with each order, even to an address two miles above sea level, and a replacement follows if the flowers do not last. The verified destination directory here lists the Lake County hospital, chapels, and cemeteries along with the lodging desks that hold deliveries for guests.
