Question 1

How do you handle flower deliveries to residential properties and offices in Larkspur?

Accepted Answer

Many homes in this area are located on large, wooded lots with long private driveways or perimeter fencing. You must provide any gate codes or specific entry instructions for these rural estates during checkout. These details allow the driver to reach the front door instead of being stopped at a locked entrance far from the house.

Question 2

Will my flowers be delivered in a box or by hand?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered to ensure they arrive intact at these low-density residential properties. Because houses here are often spread apart on gravel or winding roads, the driver brings the flowers directly to the porch. Providing clear instructions on how to access the main residence helps avoid delays caused by gated ranch entrances.

Question 3

What happens if the person is not home or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is unavailable, the driver will look for a safe spot near the house away from the main road or driveway entrance. If a specific bloom is not in stock, a substitute of equal value will be used to maintain the design. A recipient phone number is required because many properties here are set back from the street and cannot be easily seen from the public road.
