Question 1

How do you ensure delivery to large medical campuses and secured office buildings in this city?

Accepted Answer

We require the specific building name, department, and suite number for all medical campus and office tower deliveries. These sites use centralized security desks that restrict direct access to individual floors or patient rooms. Providing the recipient's direct phone number ensures we can coordinate a hand-off if security prevents entrance to the building.

Question 2

How does the city’s layout of office parks and gated communities affect the delivery method?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered to navigate the city’s combination of mid-rise office parks and gated residential complexes. Drivers use specific loading zones or lobby entrances rather than standard mail delivery points. Including gate codes for townhome complexes or floor numbers for commercial buildings prevents delays at security checkpoints.

Question 3

What is the process for unavailable recipients or missing flower varieties?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not available at an office or medical facility, we leave the flowers with the front desk or floor security. When a specific flower is out of stock, we use a substitute that matches the original color and shape. Including a secondary phone number for the recipient reduces failed deliveries at secured apartment entrances or gatehouses.
