Question 1

How do you handle flower deliveries to the university campus or local offices?

Accepted Answer

For deliveries to the central academic campus or administrative offices, you must provide the specific building name and a room or suite number at checkout. Many of these locations have restricted access or central mailrooms, so these details ensure the driver reaches the correct desk rather than leaving the gift at a general security gate. Providing the recipient’s direct office extension helps our drivers navigate the multi-building layouts common in this city.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to residences and campus housing in this city?

Accepted Answer

All flowers are hand-delivered to ensure they arrive intact at both the pedestrian-heavy campus center and the surrounding residential streets. Our drivers are familiar with the transition from the concentrated institutional buildings to the more spread-out, open-access residential lots. Providing specific instructions for side-gate access or porch placement helps prevent delays when delivering to homes that lack traditional front-desk reception.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not available at the time of delivery?

Accepted Answer

If a recipient is not available at a dormitory or private residence, we will use the phone number you provide to coordinate a secure hand-off or a safe place to leave the arrangement. In cases where a specific flower is unavailable, we substitute it with a stem of equal value that maintains the same color profile. Including a secondary contact number is the most effective way to avoid a failed delivery given the specific building access rules throughout the city.
