Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to the large medical campuses and office towers in Lakewood?

Accepted Answer

We deliver directly to the central reception desk or designated mailroom for the city’s multi-story medical centers and office parks. Provide the floor number, suite, or department name at checkout to ensure the item reaches the correct administrative area. These details are necessary because these large facilities do not allow delivery drivers access to individual patient rooms or private offices.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to residential areas and secured apartment complexes?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered to accommodate the city's mix of open suburban streets and gated multi-family buildings. You must provide the gate code or building buzzer number for any residential property with restricted entry. This allows the driver to place the flowers at the recipient's door rather than leaving them at an external security gate.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a specific flower is unavailable?

Accepted Answer

For detached homes, we leave the flowers in a secure spot out of street view if the recipient is unavailable. If a specific flower is out of stock, we substitute it with a similar variety of equal value to maintain the arrangement's style. Including the recipient's phone number helps us resolve access issues at apartment buildings that lack a public concierge.
