Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to hospitals, offices, or gated properties in Lakeland?

Accepted Answer

For gated residential communities and secured properties, we require a gate code or a recipient’s phone number to gain entry. When delivering to medical clinics or low-rise office complexes, please provide the specific suite number and department name. This ensures the driver can navigate the spread-out building layouts and reach the correct desk.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to residential areas in this city?

Accepted Answer

We use hand delivery for all orders to ensure items arrive intact at large residential estates and properties with long driveways. Because many streets here are winding and lack direct sidewalk access, the driver brings the arrangement directly to the door. Providing specific instructions for porch or side-gate access helps the driver complete the delivery on these deep suburban lots.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is unavailable, the driver will leave the flowers in a secure, shaded area near the entrance of the residential property. When a specific flower is out of stock, we substitute it with a similar bloom of equal value to maintain the size and style of the arrangement. Accurate gate codes and recipient phone numbers are the most important details for preventing failed deliveries at properties with restricted access.
