Question 1

How are deliveries handled at medical centers and funeral chapels in Lafollette?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to outpatient centers are left at the main reception desk of the designated low-rise building. For funeral services held in residential-style chapels, the name of the deceased must be included to ensure the flowers reach the correct viewing room. These details prevent the driver from having to check multiple separate entrances across the property.

Question 2

How does the city’s layout affect the delivery of my flowers?

Accepted Answer

Arrangements are hand-delivered to manage the steep, winding driveways and lakeside properties found throughout the area. Drivers rely on the house number located on the mailbox to identify homes that are set back significantly from the main road. Providing a gate code or a description of the driveway entrance ensures the driver can access the property without delay.

Question 3

What occurs if the recipient is not home or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is unavailable, the driver leaves the arrangement in a shaded spot away from the street to maintain privacy. When a specific flower is not in stock, a similar bloom of equal value is used to keep the original size and style. Including the recipient's phone number helps the driver navigate properties where the front door is not visible from the road.
