Question 1

How will my delivery be handled at local addresses in Laceys Spring?

Accepted Answer

Because many properties here are set far back from rural roads or hidden by dense tree lines, you must provide specific entrance descriptions at checkout. For deliveries to funeral homes or small professional offices, include the room name or service time to ensure the driver finds the correct building. Accurate descriptions of driveway markers are helpful since house numbers are often difficult to see from the main road.

Question 2

How are flowers transported and delivered across the local area?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered by a driver who navigates the community’s winding secondary roads and gravel driveways. The driver will bring the arrangement directly to the front door, even if the house is situated on a steep or unpaved private drive. Sharing details about gate access or the distance of the house from the street helps the driver plan the best approach to the property.

Question 3

What happens if there is an issue with the recipient or the specific flowers?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not home, the driver will look for a sheltered spot near the entrance, provided there are no locked gates or loose dogs preventing access. You should provide a recipient phone number so the driver can call for instructions if a property is restricted by a security fence. If a particular flower is unavailable, it is replaced with a bloom of equal value that matches the original style and color.
