Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to the high-security defense perimeters and office complexes in King George?

Accepted Answer

For deliveries to the secured research and military perimeter, couriers deliver to designated security checkpoints or mailrooms as they cannot enter restricted zones. You must provide the recipient's building number, department name, and a direct desk phone extension at checkout. This ensures the internal staff can correctly route the delivery once it is accepted at the gate.

Question 2

Will my flowers be delivered in a box or by hand given the rural layout of the county?

Accepted Answer

Every order is hand-delivered to accommodate the long private drives and houses set far back from the main roads. We do not use boxed shipping because drivers must personally navigate rural routes to ensure the arrangement reaches the correct porch. Including specific gate codes or descriptions of property markers helps our drivers find residences that are not clearly visible from the street.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is unavailable at a rural residence or a secured work site?

Accepted Answer

If a recipient at a rural home is not present, we look for a shaded area out of view from the road or contact the recipient for instructions. For secured employment sites, we leave the arrangement with the authorized front desk or security station. If a specific flower is unavailable, we substitute it with a bloom of equal value that preserves the original shape and color of the arrangement.
