Question 1

How do you ensure flowers reach the correct location in Kayenta where street addresses are often missing?

Accepted Answer

Many residential properties in this area do not have standard house numbers or street names. At checkout, you must provide the name of the nearest chapter house, mile marker, or a specific description of the building's color and surroundings. These details allow the driver to navigate the rural layout and locate the correct home or office complex.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to residential areas and government housing clusters?

Accepted Answer

All flowers are hand-delivered to accommodate the low-density layout and the transition from paved roads to unpaved access paths. Drivers bring the arrangement directly to the door or the main reception desk of government and school complexes. Including a description of the property entrance helps avoid delays when a home is set back from the main road.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not available at a rural home or office?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not present, the driver will call the local phone number provided to arrange a specific hand-off point. When a specific flower is unavailable, it is replaced with a similar stem that maintains the value and look of the arrangement. Providing a working contact number is necessary to prevent failed deliveries at properties that are difficult to access or lack a secure area to leave items.
