Question 1

How do you ensure delivery reaches the right person at local medical centers or government offices?

Accepted Answer

In the central district's government offices and law suites, deliveries are left at the front security desk or main reception area. Provide the specific floor and suite number at checkout so the staff can route the delivery internally. This prevents the driver from being turned away by security at the main building entrance.

Question 2

How are my flowers delivered across Jonesboro’s residential and commercial areas?

Accepted Answer

Every order is hand-delivered by a driver to accommodate Jonesboro’s mix of long suburban driveways and newer gated apartment communities. Provide the gate access code and the specific building letter for all apartment complexes at checkout. This ensures the driver can reach the individual front door rather than leaving the flowers at a main gate or leasing office.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is unavailable or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If a recipient is not home, the driver will leave the flowers at the front door if there is a porch or shaded entryway. For medical or professional suites, the arrangement will be left with the receptionist at the designated department desk. Providing the recipient’s direct phone number helps the driver resolve issues with gated entries or secured office doors.
