Question 1

Can flowers be delivered to local medical centers, offices, and government buildings?

Accepted Answer

For deliveries to the central medical facility or administrative buildings near the historic district, include the specific wing or department. These locations feature multiple entry points and security desks that require precise routing for the courier. Providing these details ensures the arrangement reaches the correct desk instead of an unrelated office block.

Question 2

How are the flowers transported and delivered to homes in this area?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered to accommodate the transition from the compact downtown streets to residential properties on large, wooded lots. Our couriers navigate properties with deep setbacks and varied driveway lengths to place the arrangement at the primary entrance. Providing specific instructions for gated entries or side-porch access helps the driver avoid navigation delays.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or if a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is unavailable, the courier looks for a secure area on the porch that is hidden from the street on these larger residential parcels. When a specific bloom is out of stock, we use a substitute of equal value that maintains the same color and shape. Including a gate code or a secondary phone number for properties with long private roads helps prevent a failed delivery attempt.
