Question 1

How does delivery work for businesses and residences in Isleton?

Accepted Answer

Many downtown addresses consist of apartments located above street-level storefronts with narrow entryways. You must provide the business name or specific door code at checkout so the driver can access these upper-floor units. For properties located along the river levees, include any specific gate instructions or side-road access points to ensure the driver finds the correct entrance.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered across the riverfront and historic areas?

Accepted Answer

All flowers are hand-delivered to accommodate the narrow historic streets and winding levee roads where large delivery trucks cannot easily park. Drivers use small-vehicle access to reach both the clustered downtown residences and the more spread-out riverfront homes. Providing a recipient phone number allows the driver to coordinate the final drop-off at properties with limited street access or deep setbacks from the main road.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not available at a delta property?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not home, the driver will seek a secure location protected from the high winds common to the riverfront area. In the event a specific flower is unavailable, a substitute of equal value will be used to keep the arrangement size and style the same. Because many rural delta homes are isolated from neighbors, providing a secondary phone number helps prevent the driver from having to return the arrangement to the shop.
