Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to specific locations in Hondo?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to the central medical facility or county administrative offices require a specific room or department name. For residential properties on the outskirts with perimeter fencing, include the gate code to allow entry to the main residence. These details ensure the driver can pass through secure points without returning the order to the shop.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to homes and businesses here?

Accepted Answer

We hand-carry every arrangement directly to the door rather than using shipping boxes. In areas where homes have long gravel driveways or cattle guards, please specify if the delivery should be left at a secondary gate box. This helps the driver navigate the transition from the city’s paved grid to private rural access points.

Question 3

What happens if there is an issue with the recipient or the flowers?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is away, we place the flowers in a secure spot away from the street, such as a side porch or behind a gated courtyard. If a specific flower is out of stock, we substitute it with a similar variety currently available in our local shop. Providing the recipient’s phone number helps the driver manage entry into properties with unrestrained animals or locked perimeter gates.
