Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to professional offices and gated communities in Holly Springs?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to residential homes, secure life-science campuses, and gated community entrances. For corporate buildings, provide the suite number or department name so the driver can find the correct reception desk. For gated properties, include the access code at checkout to ensure the driver can enter the development.

Question 2

Will my flowers be delivered in a box or by hand?

Accepted Answer

Every order is hand-delivered to the recipient's door to accommodate the town's mix of suburban houses and professional buildings. In newer high-density townhome developments where street parking is limited, we use the specific unit number to find the correct entrance. This direct delivery method prevents the damage often caused by automated shipping and boxed transit.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not available when the delivery arrives?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not home, we leave the arrangement in a shaded area near the front door or with a neighbor. If a specific bloom is unavailable, we substitute it with a flower of equal value that matches the original style. Providing the recipient’s phone number helps us resolve access issues at secure corporate gates or multi-unit residential buildings.
