Question 1

How does delivery work for hospitals, funeral homes, or secured buildings in Hollister?

Accepted Answer

For deliveries to the low-rise medical campus or gated residential developments, provide the specific wing or gate code at checkout. These details allow drivers to bypass perimeter security and find the correct building entrance. Including a desk or suite number is required for offices in the downtown grid where entrances are located directly on the sidewalk.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered in this city?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered to accommodate the city's mix of dense downtown storefronts and spread-out suburban lots. For residences with deep front setbacks, we carry the flowers directly to the porch or designated side entrance. For medical clinics and offices, we deliver to the reception desk to comply with building access rules.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is unavailable or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If no one is home, we place the flowers in a secure spot sheltered from the afternoon valley winds. If a specific stem is unavailable, we substitute it with a flower of equal value that matches the original color scheme. Providing a recipient phone number helps us resolve access issues at gated estates or secured professional buildings.
