Question 1

How do you manage deliveries to lakeside properties and rural residences in Henderson?

Accepted Answer

Please provide any gate codes or specific lot numbers at checkout for homes located on narrow peninsulas. These details are necessary because many residences are set back from the main road or have limited access points. Including a secondary contact number helps us navigate properties with shared or private driveways.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to homes with long gravel drives or steep terrain?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered rather than shipped in boxes to accommodate the unpaved roads and hilly layout of this area. This method ensures the arrangement remains stable during the drive to secluded or rural addresses. Providing clear instructions for finding specific house entrances helps us avoid delays.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is at a gated property or a secured lakeside community?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is unavailable, we will attempt to leave the flowers with a neighbor or at a designated secure entry point. When a specific flower is out of stock, we use a substitute of equal value that maintains the original color palette. Providing the recipient's phone number is the most effective way to ensure a successful delivery to restricted-access properties.
