Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to the multi-wing medical campus and the administrative offices surrounding the central square?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to the healthcare campus or the county office buildings require a specific department, suite, or room number at checkout. For storefronts on the historic square, indicate if the courier should use the front entrance or a rear alley access point. These details allow the courier to navigate the different security and reception protocols found in these larger facilities.

Question 2

How are flowers transported to residential streets and local businesses?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered rather than shipped in boxes to accommodate the transition from the dense downtown square to the wide-lot residential streets. Providing a gate code for fenced properties on the town's edge prevents the courier from being blocked at the entrance. This method ensures the flowers are placed directly into the hands of a recipient or left in a secure location.

Question 3

What happens if a delivery cannot be completed as planned?

Accepted Answer

If a recipient is unavailable at a residence, the courier will leave the arrangement on a porch or side door away from the street's line of sight. For the large medical campus, provide a mobile number for the recipient to verify they are still on-site before the courier enters the building. If a specific flower is out of stock, we use a substitute of equal value that matches the original color and size.
