Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to the large medical campuses and gated complexes in Harbor City?

Accepted Answer

For deliveries to medical towers, provide the specific building letter, floor number, and suite at checkout. For gated residential streets, include the access code or the name of the gate attendant. These details allow the courier to navigate security checkpoints and deliver directly to the correct department or door.

Question 2

How will my flowers be delivered given the mix of residential and dense office areas?

Accepted Answer

Every order is hand-delivered to ensure the arrangement stays upright during transit through the city’s busy corridors. In high-density medical or office zones where street parking is restricted, couriers use designated loading areas to reach the front desk or lobby. Providing a suite number and a recipient phone number ensures the courier can access secured buildings without delay.

Question 3

What happens if the person isn't there or a specific flower is unavailable?

Accepted Answer

If a recipient is unavailable, flowers are left with a building concierge or in a secure, shaded spot at a residence. If a specific flower is out of stock, we substitute it with a similar variety of equal value to match the original style. For deliveries to large-scale medical facilities, a working phone number for the recipient or the department desk prevents failed attempts.
