Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to medical facilities and professional offices in Hanford?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to reception desks or designated intake areas at the city’s large medical campuses and professional office buildings. At checkout, you must provide the specific department name, room number, or floor level to ensure the driver can navigate these multi-wing facilities. This detail is necessary to clear the front-desk security common in the city's concentrated business and healthcare zones.

Question 2

How will my flowers be delivered to a residential address?

Accepted Answer

Every arrangement is hand-delivered to the door by a driver who understands the city’s mix of high-density historic blocks and newer, sprawling suburban developments. For the older residential streets near the center, we use side-street access to reach homes with limited front parking. In the outer suburban neighborhoods, providing a gate code or instructions for long driveways ensures the driver can reach the front entrance without delay.

Question 3

What happens if the driver cannot access the property or the recipient is not there?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is out, the driver looks for a safe place on the property, such as a porch or area behind the low perimeter fences found on many local residential lots. If a specific flower is unavailable, we substitute it with a similar variety of equal value. Providing the recipient’s mobile number is the best way to avoid failed deliveries at properties with locked gates or secured apartment courts.
